Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session
No refund for no-shows

Shop Assessment

$2,500

Full refund if cancelled before work begins
50% refund after initial data collection has started
Full credit applied toward your setup fee if you proceed with RepairStack implementation

30-Day Pilot

$5,000

Full deposit applied toward your setup fee when you proceed
50% refund if cancelled within the first 7 days
No refund after 7 days, as significant setup work will have been completed
If you choose not to proceed, we provide all data and analysis generated during the pilot
