Why is there a setup fee?
Every RepairStack deployment is customized to your shop. Setup includes migrating your historical data, training the AI pricing model on your specific job history, configuring workflows to match how your team works, and hands-on staff training. This is not a generic SaaS install.
Is the consultation fee credited if I sign up?
Yes. The $500 consultation fee is fully credited toward your setup fee if you proceed. The assessment and pilot deposits are also fully credited. Every dollar you invest in evaluating RepairStack goes toward getting it running in your shop.
How long does implementation take?
Typical implementation takes 4 to 6 weeks. Your shop keeps operating normally the entire time. We handle the data migration and AI training in the background, then bring your team on board with focused training sessions.
