Built by Shop Owners,
for Shop Owners

RepairStack was not designed in a Silicon Valley office. It was built on the shop floor of a real motor repair business in Calgary, Alberta, by people who needed it to run their own operation.

Born From a Real Shop, Not a Startup

Complete Electric Motor Repair has been rewinding, rebuilding, and repairing industrial motors since 1986. Thousands of jobs. Hundreds of customers. Every type of motor you can think of, from fractional horsepower fan motors to 500HP mine hoists.

After nearly four decades, the problems were not mechanical. They were operational. Pricing was tribal knowledge locked in one person's head. Customers called constantly asking "Where's my motor?" Quotes were inconsistent. Financial visibility was weeks behind. Every new hire meant months of shadowing before they could price a job.

We looked at every shop management system on the market. None of them understood the repair business. They were built for manufacturing, or retail, or generic service shops. None of them could price a 100HP rewind. None of them knew what EASA was. None of them could tell a customer their motor status without someone picking up the phone.

So we built our own. Not as a side project or a startup pitch. We built it because we needed it to run our shop. Every feature in RepairStack exists because we hit a real problem and had to solve it. The AI pricing model was trained on our actual job history. The customer portal was built because our customers demanded it. The dashboards were designed for the way shop owners actually think about their business.

RepairStack runs Complete Electric every single day. It is not a demo. It is not a prototype. It is the system we depend on, and now it is available for your shop too.

RepairStack's first and most demanding user. Runs the shop that RepairStack was built for. Provides real-world feedback daily, ensuring every feature works the way a shop actually needs it to.

Enterprise-Grade Support. Small-Team Responsiveness.

Every customer gets direct access to the team that built the platform. Proactive monitoring, same-day response, and a team that actually understands motor repair.

Proactive Monitoring

Automated health checks run every 5 minutes across all services. If something goes wrong, we know about it before you do. Failed services auto-restart, and the team gets instant alerts.

Direct Line to the Builders

When you call or email, you reach the people who wrote the code. No layers of support tiers. No reading from a script. We know the system because we built it and we use it every day.

Same-Day Response

Setup, migration, configuration, and training are all included. After launch, ongoing support comes standard. We handle the heavy lifting so your team can keep doing what they do best: repairing motors.

The Platform is Growing

RepairStack started as a motor shop solution. But the problems we solved -- pricing complexity, customer communication, operational visibility -- exist across the entire industrial repair industry. Pumps, HVAC, electrical services, and more. The platform is expanding, and so is the team.

We are investing in machine learning, customer-facing tools, and deeper integrations with the systems repair shops already use. Every improvement is driven by real feedback from real shops.
